How it Works

We will install a brand new copier/printer/scanner into your working environment. Our fully trained team of technicians will set up the machine and give you a full demonstration. All we ask in return is that you make a minimum of 3,000 copies/prints per month in colour and 6,000 in black and white.

The Cost

We will charge you 5.3 pence per colour print/copy and 1.3 pence per mono print/copy.

What you will receive in return

A new colour multifuntional machine connected to your existing network.
We will supply all consumables, toners and parts on the machine, in the unlikely event it malfunctions.
Regular preventative maintenance scheduled visits.
